My deepest condolences to the family and every one who loved Etta Mae. I didn't know her but was sorry to hear of her passing. From that beautiful tribute she must have been a wonderful person, and I look forward to meeting her in the resurrection (Acts 24:15). God has promised "that all those in the memorial tomb will hear his voice and come out". (John 5:28-29) And will have the hope of living forever here on earth - "The righteous will possess the earth, and they will live forever on it." (Psalms 37:29) So for now just think of Etta Mae as sleeping peacefully waiting for Jesus to wake her up. If you like to learn more about the resurrection hope, please feel free to contact me. And may God bless you all.

My mother used to always speak so highly of you, you were a large part of her life and even mine. I won't ever forget when I went to my college orientation at VCU, you were there even when not physically 100%... I am glad Etta Mae is no longer suffering. Please accept my most heartfelt sympathies for your loss… my thoughts are with you and your family during this difficult time. -- Jeff Williams (Pat's son)

I had the previlage of working with Eda for many years at DLA. She was a wonderful lady that was very kind and with whom I had many laughs. I'm sure she will be missed by all that knew her, and I'm also sure she is now in a better place
