Jean Dennis Obituary

Devoted wife and mother, and a long-time resident of Washington, DC, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, June 26, 2018, at age 93. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, Jean was specially recruited to DC to work for the federal government.

She married Harry W. Dennis in 1946 and they remained faithfully married for 42 years until his death in 1988. Left to cherish her memory is her only child, Carol Ann Dennis Betts, seven nieces, two nephews, her dearest friend for over 70 years, Elaine Artist, and a host of great nieces, nephews, and friends.
